samba Posted July 24, 2008 Share Posted July 24, 2008 The Shoulder of Mutton at Worrall do quizzes on Thursday and Sunday. On Sunday they also do bingo and golden ball and there are also free chip butties and sandwiches. Thursdays they also do play your cards right as well. Wadsley Jack have quizzes also but not sure which nights, used to be one on Sundays, only went once and everybody seemed to be using mobiles to call people for the answers which to me defeats the object! I poped my head in last sunday at the park hotel and the quizmaster almost sent me into a coma. So I'd pref somehere else but anything would do.
