I read the IMDB forums but don't participate in them, same with the BBC's 606 service. I prefer the 'community' we have here, you get a feel for quite a few people which makes it nicer. I scan the IMDB forums and participate in others.one or two Gay forums.although Im not gay but enjoy the banter, and several specialist,used to use a couple of ordinary forums based in the London area but since moving up here I seemed to have drifted away from those. Mr Headlock isnt back from his hols yet though- hes gonna blame everyone and everything apart from the the real reason its gone to the wall--- himself. Strix Posted August 21, 2008 Share Posted August 21, 2008 I post, mod, and head up the FAQ team on a work related forum I like the fact we have so few fallings out, flaming, and incidents of trolling, probably coz we're a work based site and all our threads (well pretty much all) are about members helping each other out Some of the jokes are only funny if you're from that background It's surprising how many of us have so many hobbies etc in common too (it looks like it's pretty much compulsory to love Rock music if you're a CAD bod ) ... and I really should give up chatting to Australians and Mexicans on messenger in the middle of the night!
