There's "teppanyaki", which is some form of Japanese culinary which is just a glammed up version of an American grill say, but with SE Asian ingredients and some utensil entertainment. There is also Korean grill which is something similar, and you get food which you can cook on the grill in front of you from rare form, or it is cooked for you by the waitress.
