happyhippy Posted October 13, 2008 Share Posted October 13, 2008 The George IV on Infirmary Road could have been a possibility (even though it's not out of town exactly), but I'm not even sure if it's open still, let alone got real ales in. Maybe the Castle Inn on Twentywell Road could provide a function, though where bands would go, I've no idea. What sort of bands, by the way? If you want Slayer-a-likes to turn up, you're bound to have hassle getting somewhere.
