craigmason
I don't know why this government wont allow these brave men to stay in the uk they have served in the british army for the past 200 years and received 13 Victoria crosses for bravery during that time yet the government says Gurkha's "lack strong ties with the country"

lynblu
Stay without any shadow of a doubt. My Grandad fought alongside them in Burma & couldn't speak highly enough of them. Invariably polite, mild mannered. Fought so hard & gave so much for Queen & Country, it's the least we can do ..............
slimsid2000
Lets them stay. They have more right to be here than the Muslim fanatics.
Cyclone
They should stay and they should be awarded a full services pension, with it being backdated for the ones that require that.
Nodens
Perhaps it's because they hold a patriotic allegiance to our country, something actively discouraged by this "government".
Fivetide
They get treated abysmally. I'm with Cyclone - full back-dated pensions too.
LordChaverly
Last year, at the same time that a Gurkha VC was denied entry, it was reported that a convicted Somalian rapist could not be deported because his country was too unsafe. On this occasion, the decision regarding the Gurkha was rescinded and he was allowed to stay. Given the number of worthless foreign scumbags we have admitted to this country, it is indeed scandalous that we are still denying entry to Johnny Gurkha. mr contrite
Lets them stay. They have more right to be here than the Muslim fanatics. Agreed, funny how we can support those who spew hate against Britain whilst happily claiming benefits, yet seem hellbent on refusing permission to those who have sworn alleigance to this country, having served with dignity, honour and courage.
