My sister and I spent hours making an easter bonnet, and then the parade at the companions club or wadsley bridge working mans club !! Anyone else remember this tradition ? LoopyLou Posted March 19, 2005 Share Posted March 19, 2005 yep, we used to make easter bonnets and then parade around the assembly, class by class. with prizes handed out for the best mde, most creative etc.. We also had easter egg competitions, where you hard bolied an egg and than made it into something else. such as adding plasterscene to make it into an animal or card and paper into a car... that sort of thing.
