I remember the old fish tank and that food place in the middle.....Happy days!!

PLEASE NOTE ERROR

 

The supertram was not the reason it was filled in it was due to the european weight restrictions on lorries indeed towards the end there were an awfull lot ot strenghning bars put in especially round the transport office.

 

Was it hyde park flats rubble or was it kelvin flats rubble ?

Kelvin I reckon, that came down around the same time that the HITR was filled in!
