Thanks J Hi, You should read a book called "Crashing Steel" by Stuart Dalton. It should be in the local libraries and The Sheffield Shop on Surrey Street sells it. Its about the collapse of the local steel industry. Stuart was sales manager at Tinsley Rolling Mills and later at Rotherham Forge and Rolling Mills after the two companies merged.
