hannahclarke
its my 21st birthday in 5 weeks but am wanting to get it all organised now as due to the lack of organising lst year i didnt do anyting- hubby dont get hints so am organising it myself this year to amke sure at least i get what i want. anyways, im looking for a a non-expensive and nice restaurant to go to and have chosen to have it at frankie and bennys in the centertainment as were going pics first. just wandering if they will do anythign to make my 21st meal special? i dont know- if i was to pre-book it do you think that they would make it special for me in any way? I want that ''its your birthday '' feeling in the restaurant? theres only myself and hubby so i think that bringing my own cake in for just the two of us would be too much

MrNM
You might get a better deal if you take some Friends! If you ain't got any - get a forum meet sorted and then invite who you liked on that night! Sorted!
theripsaw
I've seen them make a fuss of the birthday boy / girl in there before. Give em a call.
nick2
anyways, im looking for a a non-expensive and nice restaurant to go to and have chosen to have it at frankie and bennys in the centertainment as were going pics first. I'd go to the new Italian place thats opened next to Nandos, or even go to Nandos. Frankie & Benny's has been horrible every time I've been. But if it's your 21st I'd go much more upmarket than Centertainment.
top4718
Frankie & Bennys is overpriced garbage, fast food quality with sluggish service. I would think again if I were you.
medicgirl
I can't imagine wanting to spend your 21st going to the cinema... But if that's really what you want to do, why not go to the Showroom? Nice cinema, nice restaurant/bar, much classier than horrible Centertainment. And Frankie and Benny's is awful.
*binty*
I went to TGI's for my 21st with my family. They didn't exactly do special meals but the birthday person gets a free cocktail Bit skanky as the prices are quite expensive(ish) but the food was lovely! CathS
I prefer TGIs to F&Bs too. F&Bs food has been hit and miss recently and not very much of it.
Classic Rock
They'll drop the music and put on Happy Birthday really loudly and get the restaurant to sing it to you....it'll be followed by 'Congratulations' (you know the song...) which will be cut off midway.
