Would you work overtime for nothing?

Recommended Posts

Even half an hour would do, didn't mind at first but my workload has steadily increased too and now i'm expected to also do the job of a staff member the manager let go to save money.. with no payrise, of course

So yes, seems i will do overtime for free, just not out of choice.

I suppose their is, but there will not be many people at the staff Christmas party:thumbsup:

Another reason to be self employed - you aren't surrounded by drunken fools at the christmas party

Back to OP - Sorry to say but you either need to front up to this guy (armed with the facts from CAB etc) or leave.

Sure you will get support on here but thats just moral support. To make a clean break of it, you need to do more than just get moral support.

Good luck..
