La Gondola on Carver Street

Iv been to la gondola, it was a while ago now, but it was nice food. I had Tagletelle al Salmone (spelling :S), very nice and a garlic bread starter! Reasonably priced too and nice inside! If you want a good italian you should try picolos in west street, now thats gorgeous! Chicken Pancake yum yum! and the atmosphere in there is very nice and the waiters cant do enough to help your needs!

Hope this helps : )

Its not bad, although the last time we went (only people there mid-week) and asked if we could take the remains of a pizza home in a box we were told that "we aren't a takeaway".

We haven't bothered since.

San Remo round the corner was very good when I last went.
