Dark Moomin
Its the Hei Moon, and I've only been once and its ok. Not the best chinese I've ever had, but not the worst either. That said tis possilby the nest chinese I've had in Sheffield, but I haven't looked very hard for one!
Carromba
I've been there a few times and quite liked it. It has a huge vegetarian selection, you can even get vegetarian crispy duck :-)
rosaespanola
Hei Moon - it's by far the best Chinese restaurant on this side of town (in fact anywhere apart from in town/London Road area)! We go there regularly, we've been as a couple and in a large group and have always been really pleased with the food, service and value for money. The staff are lovely and recognised us from the second time we went in. It says a lot about the place that last time we went in, we were chatting to a Chinese couple who were also waiting for a table and they said that they drive to the Hei Moon from Dronfield because they like it so much! Thunzi
If you're going for quality it's the best on that side of town. If however you want slightly worse food, but much bigger portions head down to Canton King. Canton is still really nice, but all round Hillsborough are substandard compared to Hei Moon. ah1975
IMO very exspensive for what you get as small portion sizes, they were helpful when it came to us chosing what to have but i have been to nicer less expensive restaurants.
