I have found them very competitive and helpful, I recently had my bathroom done, and two strapping men from behind the sales counter gave me the best service I have had in a long time. I'm considering ripping out the bath which we never use (apart from the shower over it!) and replacing it with a shower. Want the floor done (carpet currently - yuck) and the basin and toilet replaced. Also like the idea of cladding instead of tiles! How long does it take to do a bathroom?
