50's chick
i've been going in there since the 80's and it's always been dingy but that just part of it's charm for me. food is fantastic and cheap ...one of the things i'm most looking forward to when i move back to sheffield is a nice big 'tata'. can't find a jacket shop in london ! ratrace
I've been going there for yrs.Went in on Sat for 1st time for ages. Can't beat it -bit more expensive than it was and yes, Pedro stuck his big unloved thumb complete with dirty nail right in the mddle of the spuds! As for asian youths in shop some of them can be rude sometimes mainly to each other and occasionally to the beleagured Pedro, but I reckon they're quite harmless Iv'e never seen any bother in there. roomsealed
yeah agreed, it is a bit dingy, but ive never had a nicer jacket i tells ya. but if you actuaally look at the surfaces and stuff, they are clean... just because its not all a brand new £20k stainless kitchen doesnt mean its not clean... its exactly what i meant about it being a true local take away. i love it I thought it was a legal requirement to prepare food on a stainless steel surface??????? For hygene reasons???? That said, i did join the "grand potatoe" group on facebook tuther day:thumbsup:
