ASPGuru
We've used them a few times without issues. When we've needed to return an item it's never been a problem - they arrange collection and it's been painless.
Marber
I have used them a few times and if I needed to return stuff it could be done at the local store or once they picked things up from us. My only gripe is that it can take ages to get through to someone on their customer service when you phone.

samc
We used them and I was rather surprised at how easy it all was and that the delivery guy had a happy smile on his face and was charming (most are grumpy and snarl)

Digsy
We used to use them regularly, it is a reliable service, with Tesco style value for money. I've recently stopped using them though, if they are going to be coercing with Mr Brown to introduce ID cards. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/opinion/main.jhtml?xml=/opinion/2008/05/12/do1202.xml So I am not giving them any more of my money to work towards something I don't want. Next thing you know the delivery driver will require your fingerprint before you can receive the shopping you have already paid for. I've since found I can feed my kids more for less elsewhere.
