Optimum Posted December 8, 2010 Share Posted December 8, 2010 yes but don't use them this side of Christmas their system in a complete mess, don't ry & collect them on time as everything is at least two days later than it should be. Today it was taking nearly an hour to collect them in store. (Abbeydale RD Branch) my shopping was less than 30cm away from me but the assistant wouldn't give them to me until she had rung Tesco direct & they put her on hold for well over 1/2 hour. it's totally ridiculous customers were just telling them where to stick to the order & walk out. You will be bounced (or "escalated") from one person (or bot?) to the next for several months without anybody even attempting to resolve the complaint. I would not recommend them at all.
