Hi,

has anybody got information of the pie and peas shop, at 92 Scotland Street from around 1920s/ 1930s. and the family that owned it.It was owned by John Henry Sykes, and Elizabeth Sykes, and also living there was 4 sons, one of the sons,George was one of the managers of the Stone House Pub in Church Street. After John Henry died Elizabeth moved to Napier Street and later became the head cook at Fairthorn Home in Dore. Any infomation no matter how small would be helpful.
