rarebit Posted December 13, 2008 Share Posted December 13, 2008 Hi, Just because I haunt this forum elsewhere and have actually written two short stories based on the monthly themes found here (just for fun), I thought i'd propose my issue here... What i'm after is a comprehensive list of contractions. The particular types in question are the ones which start or finish with an apostrophe. e.g. 'em 'ther Maybe there is a special name (because to me there not really contractions), if so then you probably already know what there called!
