The dryers are proving to be a pain but there is going to be some alterations to the gents toilets as we are having disabled facilities installed. roughy101 Posted April 5, 2009 Share Posted April 5, 2009 we went in a couple of weeks ago and the food was shocking we had prawn cocktail starter full of water in the bottom the prawns had obviously been put on frozen and thawed out,the roast beef was like leather and the portions were very small,we waited over an hour for our starters to come and when we asked why it took so long we were told the kitchen was very small and it was difficult when they were busy. We do receive lots of compliments from customers about the food but hardly any complaints, feedback, either good or bad is always welcome as we can make changes and make sure the same doesn't happen again in the future. Hopefully, the visit you had wont put you off trying us again. The food kitchen hasn't been open long and we are still settling into a routine, there have been a few teething problems but this is improving by the week.
