A few general recommendations:

Skeptics' Guide to the Universe. Usually more science and bad science than debunking ghosts. Some interesting interviews too (Jon Ronson, Ben Goldacre, James Randi and such like).

Wormwood. It's finished now, after three series, but this was a fab supernatural-themed mystery serial about a Holmes-like, gloriously sarcastic psychologist called Dr Xander Crowe, and a town called Wormwood.

The Horror - Tales from spooky old-time radio, often featuring Vincent Price, Boris Karloff and such like.

Electric Sheep - Smart and witty knitting podcast.
