Blackburnrod Posted January 10, 2009 Share Posted January 10, 2009 In the mid 1940s we moved next door to councillor Lloyd, 3 Ventnor Place,Nether Edge.There was a long aerial between trees and I was told he was the first broadcaster in Sheffield with the callsign 4LO.He had an upmarket car registered CVN711.Anyone know any more?
