Plain Talker Posted April 20, 2005 Share Posted April 20, 2005 Update on my bad experience at Lloyds bar I recieved a letter today, apologising profusely, for the bad experience, and assuring me that the problem with the bell on the level-access -door has been rectified. They have also expessed a wish to keep my goodwill, and offered me and my friend a free meal and a drink each by way of apology. which is nice...
