The reason I ask is because I remember a large building on the right hand side, going toward Infirmary Road, and as far as my memory goes it had a white facade. I dont know if it was real marble or not, but it gave that impression. The first shopfront on the right was a rope warehouse. A mate of mine worked there and so could've Patrick McGoohan for a short while. I didn't want to put this on the Sheffield Playhouse/Patrick McGoohan thread. fleetwood Posted January 17, 2009 Share Posted January 17, 2009 Texas - If it's the same building I am thinking of, the very last storefront on the corner if you were looking towards Infirmary Rd. was some kind of sewing/seamstress business, they would make custom shirts among other things.
