So (from my post) If you left your door open and somebody threw something through that open door which caused damage to your property, would you consider that the thrower's action was not criminal because you had left the door open?

The use of the word "and" indicates that I dislike Americans and because it was a US system.

And the question mark at the end suggests it is a question.

 

It could've been written (albeit in an overly verbose manner):

 

Is that because it was a DOD system? Is that because you don't like Americans?

 

What's your answer to the question about somebody throwing something through an open door and causing damage?
