We change it when it needs changing, which most certainly is NOT twice a week-despite "action" taking place regularly in our bed, what do you all DO that's so messy? If I dont change my sheets after a week then I start to feel a little minging. I'm ashamed to say a copule of months ago I left it three weeks because I kept forgetting and when I remembered I was to tired and drunk so just fell asleep into it. Maybe we just aren't being adventurous enough:hihi: we just get really carried away and we can get really sweaty also when i dont feel like changing the bedding, i just request we do it else where other than the bed hence no bed change needed and when i was single i changed it before i went out every weekend regardless.
