hodgepig66 Posted February 12, 2009 Share Posted February 12, 2009 interviews are such a nightmare,had 15 years in hard core sales before what i do now,they always grill you really bad wanting to sell yourself etc,etc load of bull.....got peed off with it all so i turned the tables asking why i should come and work for them asking what have they got to offer etc my god you should of seen some of their faces,made me chuckle.There is a fine line between been confident/cocky,looking desperate if you ring them or is it showing initiative.I always rang by the way. I called and made apologies for being impatient but said that i'd other job offers but really wanted this one, she said 'not to worry, always good to look eager, but we're letting people know on Friday'.
