Ruprecht1st Posted March 31, 2014 Share Posted March 31, 2014 I was a roadie working for Arthur Browns band and remember this gig. The crowd was poor, about 25% down on what we expected. Cant remember who the promoter was but the gig was not part of a tour as far as I remember. Bolan peaked before this gig. If we had done it the year before we would have got a good crowd. Still had a good time , though we had to smuggle beer in as it wasn't allowed in the enclosure. Still have the ticket though it is much the worse for wear.
