At least bars, clubs, venues aren't hairdressers; from news reports, the worst case scenario is that upwards of 50% of hairdressers, especially the 'premium' ones who have invested in plush stylish designer fittings and furniture and huge premises, will go to the wall by September; people are just slashing the number of times they go for a style to as little as a third, and often getting their own home haircare kit, from cheap superstores such as Tesco, ASDA, for less than the price of one haircut. The way things look, we'll be left just with the 'Trad' Friendly Family Barber with the stripy pole and a tattered pile of Readers Digests on a bench by the door...
