When the offer started, it included Sheffield, but both tickets appear to have been allocated. exactly, heres what it did orig say This First Group Free Bus Travel offer is open to residents of the UK, living in Aberdeen, York, Leeds, Greater Manchester, Sheffield, and Southampton only. julado
What did everyone expect.... First are not known for their generosity and philanthropy. They are a company that has put PROFIT BEFORE PASSENGERS for a very long time now. Offering a couple of measly tickets is not going to ingratiate them back into the hearts of Sheffield folk. This company treat this City in a very shoddy way.....there was a time with Mainline where public transport in Sheffield was envied by other towns and cities around Britain. It is definitely not the case now. Shameful First, simply shameful.

Steptoad
I would'nt use the bus if they paid me. Dirty, smelly, overcrowded, unreliable and staffed by people who are often, at best, unfriendly and often down right abusive.
bagger
I didn't qualify either. But then I already use the bus buying a weekly £9 ticket so why would they give me a weeks free pass.
