SYorksDeano
If I were taking my in laws out it would be to the canal, tied up with a few concrete blocks around them for support

Mishy
The Milestone Restaurant. Upstairs may be too pricey if you are having to fork out for 4, but downstairs is excellent value for money. And if you can persuade them to dine before 7pm, it's even better value. Really good service and a nice atmosphere, but be warned it has been very busy lately, so don't leave it too late to book for upstairs. Downstairs yu can usually get a table without waiting too long, providing you arrive before 8. I am a regular diner there and have never had a bad meal. The staff are always welcoming and it's the little touches that make all the difference.

Mayfield
Try Rafters, Oakbrook Road or Setti Colli, Bradfield Road. Both Really good food and you will have to book. Great idea for mothers day from WYorksDeano, Cheers
