Kaizabella
Heylo!! Me and the OH are making it official in July / August and moving in together with his housemate and an occasional little un. I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas of where to look to get the best house possible, cos I've moved around a lot and I want to settle down for a good few years now. We've got a list of requirements: Large(ish) kitchen (enough room to bake, make a big sunday lunch, maybe socialise a little bit) Dining Room + Sep. Living Room 3-4 Beds Possibly an attic room for the extra housemate, thats what he's got at the moment and it works well. Garden big enough for the little one to play in and me to garden in. We're looking at a top budget of about £750 between the 3 of us. Any Ideas???
GrannyGranny
Any preference on areas? Even in good areas you should be able to find a nice place with your budget. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-to-rent/property-24567764.html?locationIdentifier=OUTCODE%5E2210&minBedrooms=3&maxBedrooms=4&maxPrice=800&displayPropertyType=houses&oldDisplayPropertyType=houses&pageNumber=2&backToListURL=%2Fproperty-to-rent%2Ffind.html%3FlocationIdentifier%3DOUTCODE%255E2210%26minBedrooms%3D3%26maxBedrooms%3D4%26maxPrice%3D800%26displayPropertyType%3Dhouses%26oldDisplayPropertyType%3Dhouses%26index%3D10

We know we can get a really decent place, I'm just sort of sticking the feelers out now cos its a little too early to start looking now..
Charlotte_24
Have you had a browse on Rightmove? You can just do a search for Sheffield and see what you can get for your budget, then do a bit of research on any specific area that takes your fancy. pyejan
Loads of areas to choose from. The north west end of the city is pretty good, Walkley, Crookes, right out to the Loxley valley. Lived around there for over 10 years and liked it a lot. Also handy for getting into town, and equally good for getting out into Derbshire/North Yorkshire.
