Have a look at CCCS's website, they don't charge you for setting them up as they are a charity. http://www.cccs.co.uk - can fill in a form online even. Whilst there is information available on the web, I would recommend consulting the CAB. They will assess your case on an individual basis plus their advice is free and confidential.
