Wondered what it is like as Takapuna used to be good in the early days. Is it open late? what sort of music? Sheffield is definatly lacking a good late bar with good house music. They had jodie marsh and some girl from hollyoaks in this weekend?? They will probably be paying them to come down like alot of bars and clubs do? DaniBabi Posted March 31, 2009 Share Posted March 31, 2009 Its awful, went in last weekend causeone of the door staff said Danny Dyer (ooooffff!) was going to be there, went in (which cost a fiver!!), and downstairs it was s***y dance music, and i'm a fan of dance, but that was the worse dance music i have ever heard in my LIFE! So we went upstairs to the r'n'b floor, which was playing quite good music, but there was a proper atmosphere in there like something was going to kick off any second!
