Garden turf MEGATHREAD

I'd recommend getting some good quality turf. IE 'weed free'

I made a mistake a few years ago by thinking the lesser quality stuff would be ok and I could treat it to look perfect. I was very wrong. The turf didn't grow very well, had loads of weeds and bare patches. Despite me trying my best two water and feed it.

The extra few £ are well worth it.

I've always used Sykes of Doncaster , 'stadium turf' is ideal for lawns

I'd echo that... I bought exactly 12sq metres just ten days ago and it cost me 29 quid and spare change. I was extremely impressed by the quality of the turf, and their service was brilliant.

It's always really fresh when it's delivered too :)
