Hi, I need to find a dressmaker for my five bridesmaid dresses for my wedding in December. I have the dress that I want them styled on but no pattern. Can anyone let me know if they know of anyone that would be able to do this for me? I need reccomendations of good dressmakers!!

Thanks guys!

My sister had our bridesmaid dresses made at the Bridal House on Ecclesall Road - they were fab! So good in fact, I'm going to see them on Saturday about making my wedding dress!

ShoePrincess - do you know how much your sister paid for your dresses? I have heard some really good things about Bridal House but haven't got a clue if they are within my price range.

Cheers

Hi Sheff

I think she paid about £150-£160, they were prom style in taffeta. Claire at Bridal House has quoted me £190 for a shift style dress with a statement bow on the back, in silk.

I didn't feel pressured to buy when I went in to talk about dresses. Give them a call - you've got nothing to lose :)
