upthetykes
Ok, so how come the smallest non-central pubs are cheaper? They must get less ppl through the doors and they can't fit as many in. Some of these city centre bars are rammed thurs/fri/sat and they are charging £3+ for a pint of crap beer and don't get me started on the spirits prices. City Center bars have to pay doorstaff quite often, with the SIA qualification creating an oligarchy where demand often outstrips supply, thereby putting up prices. Also entertainment costs, promotions etc. I would also say they charge £3 plus cos they can?
