No doubt he was treated badly if you believe some, but how has this affected England? And what of the state of SA now, will he claim some credit for that? When the ANC got in power he was ousted from his job to make way for a black guy,(who my friend said had no experience)This apparently happened all the time.He came back to Scotland having lost his police pension. There's no reason to expect the new guy to have experience. The important thing is that unlike your friend he wouldn't be working for the apartheid regime.
