Just because the op thinks the guy is faking doesnt mean he is, you cant always tell if someone is clinicly depressed.

For all the op knows this guy could even be unipolar.

i agree human beings aren't perfect but everyone knows right from wrong and know when they are fiddling etc lets hope whoever is fiddling doesn't get caught . i would grass anybody up if i knew they were fiddling why should i work my arse off to keep some lazy sod.

iot makes sense because people who are fiddling know it is wrong and they do it hoping they are not going to get caught and also hoping nobody knows that they are fiddling so they won't grass.
