oasismark
Anyone have an idea how much a 10ft x 14 ft patch of artifial grass would cost to have installed? Only needs to be budget quality but not rough as for kids to play on. Is it easy to install yourself?
fildoody
Hi Oasismark With a good quality grass at 35mm pile, dig out, replace with 50mm sand, skip, fixing boards would be around £800. Dependind on the grass and the site. Thanks Phil @ P and D

fildoody
I'm sorry but the materials needed are a great deal. The grass alone is half of the price. There is quite a bit of work to be done. Phil
oasismark
I dont dispute the work involved, perhaps i need a rethink on what i use, as i say its just for under a trampoline. Thanks
charliewag
This may seem a silly question but can artificial grass be laid on a slight incline? I'm thinking of having part of my back garden done but was wondering if the base layer slipped over time, the lawn would become uneven.
blackydog
I have some tired but solid decking which I would like to lay artificial grass on. My concern is that water draining through the grass will have nowhere to go and rot the decking. If i drill holes in the decking for the water to drain that will accelerate the rot. Is there a way around this? Thanks
