fox20thc
Just had an email from them - organisers are on site now and will be all night - it will go ahead regardless of the weather. I'm still going, dancing in the rain is fun

karl101
Peace in the park tomorrow in the Pondorosa park. Its not "Pondorosa Park". Its "The Ponderosa". Park does not feature in its name. It is called The Ponderosa, because some wag exclaimed, after the slum housing formerly on the site was cleared, "Why it looks like The Ponderosa", after the popular, at the time, TV series Bonanza. The tower bocks have the name of the streets that used to cross the area. On a decent map, you'll see the area referred to as Port Mahon. A legacy of a British victory in the Napoleonic Wars. K. lunchbag
Well, it's looking extremely wet... I'm working the festival, and feeling pretty grim about it, so please come down and add the human element that can out-weight chilly feet!
