rad
Its not difficult google is your friend. http://www.e-grammes.gr/ideology/europe_en.htm The BNP have particular close links with the Belgium party and the dutch as well.oh and of course the french NF. Careful there, that sounds dangerously like [some warped form of] European unity.

HeadingNorth
West Midlands results: Conservatives, 2 UKIP, 2 Labour, 1 Lib Dem, 1 I missed the voting totals. The swings are; Labour down 6 points, Tories up 1, UKIP up 4.
HeadingNorth
I don't think you can say that Labour's vote has gone to the small parties. We aren't being told how many voters have turned out compared to last time. It's more likely that most Labour voters have just not bothered to vote and because it's a proportional representation system that has meant that the share of other parties has grown. Youre quite right. In percentage-swing terms, what I said was correct; in sheer raw numbers, a large part of it is down to people not turning out. It may help to persuade people of the dangers of apathy, so in the long run it might even be a good thing.
Phanerothyme
Just confirmed that Nick Griffin has been elected to the European Parliament. This is the biggest disgrace ever known in this country. Nah, Iraq War II and Suez were lower. Double Ka-Ching! for the Fascists though. Lots more cash for lederhosen and "art films".
Dexkdes
It is a bad thing. but it could be a double edged sword for them. they now have access to lots of funding for research projects, etc as well as other monies which will boost their coffers, but the nation spotlight now requires them to present a better argument, and I believe that this is where we will see them fail.
