Moonbird
I am also grateful for my family and friends, and for all the kindness and love that I have had throughout my life. I can't imagine how awful it must be to have no one.

TeaFan
I'm grateful for having parents who were and are nice to me. My whole working life seems to be taken up with helping people whose parents were bloody awful to them, screwing up their lives in the process. Ms Macbeth
I'm grateful for having parents who were and are nice to me. My whole working life seems to be taken up with helping people whose parents were bloody awful to them, screwing up their lives in the process. I'm grateful that I've retired from that kind of work - but it reminded me too how lucky I was to have decent parents. I'm grateful too for my health and my lovely family.
