syne Posted July 2, 2009 Author Share Posted July 2, 2009 It might just be... saw Suckerpunch at dq few weeks back, it was pretty good, then went back the next night and Threads were on, utter utter garbage, the geriatric 'dj' could not mix, he didn't even fade out and in just a terrible clashing crossover from one track to the next -you could watch people on the dance floor, they'd stop dancing to figure out what the new track was then get their place in the beat and start dancing again- abysmal doesn't even begin to discribe it! as for upstairs **** me it was dead, I've never witnessed a 'night' die on its arse so bad, fortunately? I actually got to witness the dj try and do a little beat juggle (he failed miserably) and then turn his decks off and walk.terrible waste of cash but planning on going back for the next suckerpunch (danny bird etc) so the bbq might be good.
