Terry Bull
As the previous poster has said these two dogs were left in the offduty handlers own private vehicle. But even if they were left in the police dog vehicle, I'm guessing it would be the same outcome, I assume that the aircon system shuts down when the engine is off, hopefully if a proper inquiry is launched all dog carrying vehicle will have a airconditioning system that works independently of the engine. nikonuser
An horrific event. It was accidental and a terrible mistake that led to these deaths, the handler will be totally gutted. This still does not alter the fact that it was also negligence and he should be held accountable, as any other member of the public would be.
