Carlwarker
I've found that CIS is very good.
jayjay03
I believe that Churchills is owned by Prudential although I could be wrong, my girlfriend is with Tesco, and I am with Prudential. Both are reasonable although I am going through a broker when mine comes up for renewal next year.

cosywolf
Well we just had an eye-opening time trying to get insurance for the new car. Ended up with Norwich Union Direct in the end cos they were the cheapest. I did have high hopes for CIS...but they weren't answering the phone! Apparently you are a bigger risk if your car's been broken into than if you go around banging into other cars.

bigal
You might not believe this, but it all depends on the time of day you get a quote. If the Ins. Co. are close to their limit, the quote will go up. I kept trying on line for about an hour and the quot varied (came down) from nearly six hundred quid, to three fifty (ish), then I hit !! (Suberu Impreza).

Classic Rock
My car is a Jap import and I found Frizzell with London Victoria to be really really good for two years running.
