They did me @6 months ago.I'm sure when I parked behind the shops there were no signs up.I'm sure they were put up after but how could I prove it?Still p***es me off that I got done. I thought ignoring a parking ticket meant court etc. If you park against the rules on a public highway or in a council car park, it will mean a court-enforced fine. If you park against the rules in a private car park or on other private land, there's basically nothing the owner can do about it unless your own sense of morality kicks in.
