Diesel
My grandma is trying to find where a relative is buried. It was an uncle of hers who promised her some money in his will many moons ago- and she is curious to see wether there is indeed anything. We know his surname and 90% sure of his first name, she doesn't remember when he died but remembers he owned a cutlery factory in town. Help!! BillyWhiz
Hi Diesel, I'm afraid you will need a lot more info than you have at present. Try asking you grandma for more info that may lead you to your relative's name and year of death etc. Once you have established the correct details you could try the archives on Shoreham Street for his burial record and then try probate court for a copy of his will if he left one. Good luck:)
Hetty
If you have a name, the City Road cemetery will help you locate the buriel plot.
