wwcrazy
aint no mountain high enough aint no valley low enough aint no river wide enough to keep me from you The dance floor packed with folk all doing the same actions. That's what I remember about Roxys.
me-and-pippo
The band were really good, just forced to play crap music by the management! Would that be the Maurice Naylor Band, a mate of mine (Mike) was the lead guitarist.

Saracen 1000
Grab a granny night at Barry Nobles Roxy's You simply could not miss in there and ..trust me this is true ... when it was turning out time the whole car park used to shake with the number of writhing bodies having it away. The laugh was that you went to Roxy's for just one thing ...to get yer Roxy's off, but the general rule was to get as much ale down you without inhibiting your overall performance. 75 % of the women in there were two baggers, but credit where credit is due, many of the ugly ones could shag for England. The ale theory was based on the fact that after six pints all the girls looked fairly presentable.............
