With the amount of vacant properties on the corner there is plenty of room to have one of these AND a bookshop with cafe AND a deli. mmm....deli.... Redcat Posted March 4, 2006 Share Posted March 4, 2006 I'd like to see a good deli in Hillsborough. Also lacking is a book shop, and a coffee shop/bar, something that's open in the evening too. If it served food and didn't have loud music or sky TV it should keep the footie types out. Somewhere that you can get a bite to eat or meat up with friends for drink and a chat. actavist Posted April 19, 2006 Share Posted April 19, 2006 There are alot of things happening in Hillsborough at the moment.For example there is a new Residents Association who are demanding changes in Hillsborough.They recently held a public meeting called stop the rot (Hillsborough Corner).Planning came along and the Area Panel to explain whats going on.It was vwery interesting.There is another meeting planned to talk about traffic issues in Hillsborough.
