Darbees Posted May 2, 2008 Share Posted May 2, 2008 It's all very well blaming this Nico character for all the ills of Hillsborough but the fact is that he could only buy those properties if the current owners businesses were no longer viable and the owners moved on. That happens because the locals won't give them their trade and so an opportunist like Nico comes onto the scene. He has risked his money to buy these places, whether or not that is a good decision remains to be seen, at the moment it doesn't seem to have been.
